What participants have said about the course: "Had a fantastic spring foraging course with Kate on Molesey Heath. Learnt some new plants with amazing flavours and Kate even cooked for us at the end using greens we had foraged – and shared delicious teas, cordials and cake with us. She was very generous with her knowledge. Great value for money. Definitely recommend." "Wow what a fantastic day spent with Kate and the other foragers in the group! I loved every minute of learning about our local flora; foraging and a delicious cook-up and picnic to top it all off. Kate is highly knowledgeable and her passion for wild living is really infectious. She imparts her knowledge in a very interesting, accessible and multi sensory way." "Family, community, learning, outside, nature, sunshine, plants and food. What a fantastic way to spend a Saturday morning. Thank you so much Kate @guidedwellbeing for such a special morning of foraging and learning. The pic Nic at the end was so lovely. X" "Thank you for a very enjoyable and interesting afternoon. We all learnt so much and had a lot of fun along the way!" "Thank you so much for such a lovely afternoon in the sunshine today. When we got home the children were so excited to tell their daddy all about the plants they have eaten and those which were poisonous. Mum and I really enjoyed ourselves too and will be trying sticky willy in our bottle bottles. Thanks you so much!" This event is not suitable for dogs.
