Service Description

Are you looking for support with: - Improving your mental health and wellbeing - Managing stress (both individual and work related) - Reducing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression - Building resilience and positive approach during recovery from illness - Finding a true vocational purpose and realising your natural abilities - Are you a young person (16 and above) struggling with mental health and/or demands of life, university, job ... I offer one-to-one therapeutic/coaching sessions for adults and young people. What to expect: My sessions take place outdoors in green spaces, such as Bushy Park or Richmond Park. I would offer you sessions lasting between 90min-120min depending on your needs. We would agree a day/time during the week and specific meeting place, where you would feel safe and comfortable to talk. The 1st session would be dedicated to listening to You! At the end of the session we would agree what are you initial goals. The following sessions would include a mixture of walking and talking, mindful nature practices, creative work and stretches. I work both short and long-term depending on individual needs. My background: I have trained in different therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Family and Couple therapy and recently Applied Eco Psychology. I use holistic approach and mix different therapeutic techniques with a combination of movement and meditation. I'm a member of the British Psychological Association and engage in regular CPD. When I'm not working outdoors or adventuring with my dog on Molesey Health I work at Kingston University as a Specialist Student Mental Health Mentor. Cost: Individual sessions start from £45, depending on the income. If you would like to arrange a nonobligatory phone call, please sent me an email: kateray.wellbeing@gmail.com
