Guided Wellbeing offers a range of fun and engaging nature-based wellbeing activities. We have a selection of different activities available and can also create bespoke experiences tailored to the needs of a particular group.
In recent years, we have been invited to run workshops for various community and charity events. We have had the pleasure of working with organisations such as Walton Charity, Elmbridge Can, Molesey Eco Fair, Love Molesey, Green Elmbridge, River House Barn Arts Centre, and Trinity Wimbledon Centre.
Participating in mindful nature-based activities can bring a range of benefits for both individuals and communities. Studies have found a link between taking part in social action or community engagement activities and increased empathy, confidence, and self-esteem, as well as an increased sense of belonging. There is mounting evidence that suggests nature-based activities can help reduce stress and improve mood and overall wellbeing.
