Kate is a qualified ecopsychologist, skilled group facilitator, and passionate mindful nature connection guide. She developed a strong connection with the natural world from an early age and has always enjoyed spending time in nature.

With over 20 years of experience working in mental health, events, and catering, Kate now combines her diverse skills to create meaningful experiences for children and adults. Her work blends creativity, community, and a love for the outdoors, offering opportunities to unplug and reconnect with the natural environment.

Kate enjoys collaborating with others and values the power of women supporting one another to create positive change.

In her downtime, she loves walking her dog Olly, cooking over an open fire, and exploring new cultures. Her dream is to one day create a retreat space where women can recharge, reconnect, and rediscover their purpose in harmony with nature.
