About Us

Guided Wellbeing offers individual and group sessions designed to improve health & wellbeing, reconnecting people with nature, promoting sustainability by teaching the benefits of nature connection and foraging for wild plants. We run mindful walks and forest bathing, foraging courses and wreath making workshops helping to find different ways to unwind and bring more balance to everyday life. Our sessions are run in and around Molesey in Surrey.
