Guided Wellbeing offers nature-based activities that help people reconnect with the outdoors and themselves. We run seasonal and holiday programmes for children and young people, as well as occasional sessions for adults.

About the Founder
Kate is a qualified psychologist specialising in ecotherapy. With over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS, higher education and events, she now combines her skills to create meaningful outdoor experiences for children and adults. She is passionate about giving young people space to be creative, build confidence, connect with peers and reconnect with nature.
Kate enjoys collaborating with others and believes in the power of communities to create positive change. In her free time, she loves traveling, walking her dog Olly, and cooking. Her dream is to one day create a retreat space where women and families can recharge, reconnect and rediscover their purpose in harmony with nature.
