Guided Wellbeing offers individual and group sessions designed to improve health & wellbeing, reconnecting people with nature, promoting sustainability by teaching the benefits of nature connection and foraging for wild plants.
We run mindful walks and forest bathing, foraging courses and wreath making workshops helping to find different ways to unwind and bring more balance to everyday life.
“I attended Kates wreath making workshop earlier this year. I’d never made a wreath before and was a complete novice. Kate had been out earlier in the morning and had picked all types of native foliage so there was so much choice to how you wanted your wreath to look. I loved working outside from tables where everything was laid out and I could wander around the garden choosing different seasonal leaf textures, ferns and greenery. Kate gave us a great demonstration showing the techniques and styles so I could personalise my own. She then oversaw me making my wreath using tools, wire, string and ribbons provided.
I absolutely loved it and was really pleased with what I took home to hang on my front door. Refreshments were delicious too.
