At Guided Wellbeing, we believe that connecting with the natural world can bring a sense of peace and wellbeing. Our activities are designed to help people in all ages reconnect with nature in a meaningful way. We offer a range of nature based activities from wellness activities for women and young people, seasonal craft workshops and foraging perfect for those who want to deepen their connection with the outdoors. We believe that every person should have access to nature and the opportunity to explore its healing powers.
